Stop Hacking Humans– This is a long read, but it is worthwhile. Here’s a taste: “We are the heirs of a millennia-long understanding of the human person that has taught us that our wants and needs are complex, and that shortcuts to fulfilled desire are often painfully paid for many times over. It cannot be the responsibility of our policymakers to ensure that we always choose wisely, or to punish innovators every time they make a quick buck off our foibles. But neither can we throw up our hands and allow unrestrained technological development to hack human nature, undermine the family, and thus imperil the future of our nation.
